  • SHIPPING - POSTAGE - IMPORT & EXPORT DUTY COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER, NOT TPCS LTD.

  • ALL PARCELS AND PACKAGES ETC SENT TO TPCS LTD. FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM, MUST BE MARKED NO COMMERCIAL VALUE. IT MUST HAVE A LOW VALUE  STATED ON THE CUSTOMS INVOICE AND NOT  THE VALUE OF THE WHEELS AS THIS MAKES THE DUTY COSTS SKY ROCKET.  IF THIS IS NOT DONE,  THE FULL COSTS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE. ALL ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU ON FULL PAYMENT OF INVOICE.
  • CUSTOMERS MUST TICK THE BOX ON THE IMPORT / EXPORT  FORM  **BOX 7b** STATING YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EXPORT DUTY. ON RETURN WE WILL TICK **BOX 7b** TO SHOW YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPORT / EXPORT DUTY. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL TO ACCEPT YOUR PARCEL.
  • AN EXAMPLE: A CUSTOMER SENT WHEELS FROM A NON-EU COUNTRY AND THIS WAS NOT DONE ON THE CUSTOMS INVOICE THEREFORE TPCS LTD INCURRED THE DUTY COSTS OF £197.00 AND THE COST OF REFURBISHING WAS £230.00 AT THE TIME SO ONLY £33.00 PROFIT WAS MADE.

  • THE CUSTOMER MUST INSURE THEIR PARCELS AND PACKAGES ETC. THIS WILL COVER THE COST IF LOST IN TRANSIT.
